Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is considered a rule violation and all accounts will be closed. If multiple accounts are used to abuse bonuses, all earnings from those accounts will be forfeited.

1.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, and other details. If false or fabricated information is provided, zy999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account. To update your information, contact the support team.

1.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect your account is being used without authorization, notify the zy999 support team immediately. zy999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

2.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

zy999 currently supports three approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount via any method is ৳200. You must use a mobile wallet registered in your name when making a deposit. Deposits from a third party's mobile number are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No deposit methods other than these three are accepted.

2.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After submitting a withdrawal request, funds generally arrive in your wallet within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same.

• Identity verification must be completed before withdrawal.
• If an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, the withdrawal process may be temporarily held.
• If fraud is suspected, zy999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
• A withdrawal request can only be cancelled before processing has begun.

2.3 Currency

All transactions at zy999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies will not be accepted.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at zy999 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total of ৳62,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirement

The welcome bonus carries a 15x wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets; after that, bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

3.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and the wagering must be completed within the specified time.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, zy999 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• zy999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• A bonus applies only to the member whose account it was credited to.

4.1 Fair Play Policy

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Tier level is determined based on a player's activity and participation. zy999 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time. Cashback may be subject to its own wagering requirements.
